There is a rumor going around the internet that former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Samoa Joe was sent home during the Tuesday, July 13th tapings. The rumor suggests that Joe had a problem with the countdown that ended his match with Jeff Hardy because he thought it gave away the ending to the match (which is somewhat true, I guess). Reports suggest that he went backstage and started yelling at the production crew after the match was over and that TNA Wrestling suspended him for this outburst.

In any event, this rumor has not been independently confirmed and thus no one should believe that Joe is in the proverbial “dog house” or in trouble with TNA Wrestling or anything like that – yet. At this point, all we know is that Joe has not been booked since the July 13th tapings and that he is not booked for the “free pay-per-view” on Thursday, August 12th.
