Reports suggest that this Thursday’s episode of iMPACT! averaged about 1,436,000 viewers which is about 64,000 less than last week’s average viewership. The word is also that WWE Superstars scored a 0.7 rating on WGN America, which represents 795,000 viewers.

Each week in this spot I use last week’s viewership numbers to project a rating for the current week’s episode of iMPACT!. Please note that this is an extremely inexact science since the number of people watching cable television changes on a daily basis and thus the cable rating system changes on a daily basis. However, if we use last week’s final rating as a base and the week-to-week comparable data doesn’t change, then that means this week’s episode of iMPACT! scored a 1.10 rating. This would mark the second time since iMPACT!’s return to Thursday night that it averaged a 1.00+ final rating.
