Whatever it is that Dixie Carter and her crew have in store to release on the world this weekend at Slammiversary, I’m beginning to wonder if it can live up to the hype. There is speculation that Paul Heyman is coming in as the lead booker and with total creative control. There is also much less exciting speculation that Kevin Sullivan is coming in to run the creative end of the company (*yawn*). Personally, I hope that the major announcement is either the signing of a major talent acquisition or the news that iMPACT! is going live and touring out of the iMPACT! Zone each week (because Lord knows they need to get out of that sound studio).
