A Chaotic Theory: TNA Promises Cuts…Who Will Go?

by Chad

Over the recent weeks there have been many reports circulating the Internet over who will be cut from TNA’s roster, after president Dixie Carter confirmed that within the next couple of months there will be several stars to leave. Now I have thought about this for many minutes, contemplating who I thought was going to be let go, some are pretty obvious since we don’t see them on television too often, but others I just didn’t want to be true. I have read many polls, blogs and forums on this subject and thought I would toss my hat into the great debate by giving you my ten TNA stars that will be cut from the roster within the coming weeks. Unfortunately I think most of the cuts are going to be made to the already bruised X-Division and the Knockouts, who has already been dealt major blows from their departure of their top stars. This is just my opinion, I don’t expect you to agree with what I think, people hardly ever do…

Shark Boy – I actually like Shark Boy and think he has a lot of talent. Yes he does have a very similar likeness to the Rattlesnake Stone Cold Steve Austin, actually more of an imitation than likeness, but hey, it’s worked this long. It’s just so hard to say goodbye to yesterday…

Dr. Stevie – After many attempts to “place” Dr. Stevie within the TNA roster, it might be time for him to get lost. Dr. Stevie, is again one of those under rated stars who has had minimal success in any of the national federations since ECW, I’m just tired of seeing the guy get kicked around.

Daffney- I actually am a big fan of Daffney and hope that I am wrong about this one, but I don’t think I am. Although Daffney would be a great poster child for the product that TNA is now producing, I just don’t think she is going to be able to get her body to do what her mind wants her to do, if that’s not too confusing for you….She’s just hurt all the damn time! Sheesh!

Amazing Red- One of the most talented high flyers in the sport and we will probably be saying bye-bye from TNA. I think that the suits in the office are ready to put the X-Division back on top, so it’s going to leave a lot of wrestlers high and dry, Red just happens to be one of them.

Kiyoshi- Since joining TNA back in 2008, I can’t remember how many times I actually seen him wrestle. Hell, I can’t remember him period…

Tomko – I know that Tomko has returned to TNA, but I just don’t feel like he is there, if you catch my drift. I feel like sometime during his “comeback”, he checked out (Maybe into a couple buffets, he’s put on more than a couple of pounds). I just don’t think he is serious about anything that is happening in TNA and he’s got to get on out!

Raven – This is again, one of those unfortunate ones that you hope you’re not right about. Raven had always been a pillar in the kingdom of extreme, I just don’t think TNA has the room for him. There are just too many egos and not enough places to park them, which keeps Raven nowhere near the spotlight.

Rhino – I love Rhino! I think he is just a freight train that cannot be stopped when he steps into the ring. He is a pure bad ass and that is very rare nowadays. Unfortunately, along with Raven, Rhino just doesn’t fit into the big scheme of things. Don’t you think if he did they would have already been using him by now? I hope I am wrong about this one too, but Rhino needs to start packing.

Brutus Magnus – I think Brutus’ number is up and he spotlight has shined. I hate to say it but I just don’t like him, I don’t have too much to say other than that…

Sarita – As one of TNA’s most talented female wrestlers, she is also one of their highest paid and if TNA is looking to cut corners, I think she will be on top of their list. It won’t make any difference than what is happening now we don’t see her….we won’t see her.

There it is my 10 unlucky few who may be departing from TNA very soon. I hope that I am wrong about a few and they make some sort of resurgence back into the TNA spotlight, but from the way things are looking, I doubt it. Although I will never stop praying that TNA will fire Lacey Von Erich, I am not a fan, I just don’t think it will happen or she would’ve been on the list. Then again, that’s just my chaotic theory…….
