Jeff Hardy’s Trial in North Carolina Postponed

The Fayettville Observer has confirmed that Jeff Hardy’s court date has been postponed. Hardy appeared in a Moore County, N.C. court yesterday with his lawyer and his case was delayed until June 3, 2010.

On September 11th, 2009 Hardy was arrested on charges of trafficking in controlled prescription pills and possession of anabolic steroids after a search of his house yielded 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.

    I think they should let the case go because Jeff Hardy is a good man and dont need all this Drama in his life and give him a warning atleast for the first time. I love Jeff hardy and only wish the best for him. Yours Truly Leah.

    so you are saying anyone with the same charges should be let off. I do not care if he is let off or not but I do not think he should be let off because he is a star. The law should be equal no matter if you are rich or poor or a star or not.
