On tonight’s episode of iMPACT! from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, Taz announced that Dixie Carter knew about Sean Waltman’s inability to make it to the pay-per-view last night and “approved” his not showing up. This is clearly an attempt for TNA to salvage Sean Waltman’s reputation in the professional wrestling world after he was scoured on the internet and in “insider” circles after last night.

How about that – a wrestling company openly and publicly protecting their talent against internet and smark attacks. Good for TNA!
