I agree with you Joe, this looks like pure rumor. Dixie Carter does not seem like the type to telegraph any moves before they happen. To say TNA is setting Bischoff up to be the fall guy would mean she is discussing this with others and I doubt it’s the case. Many smarks cannot separate Bischoff’s character from Bischoff and likely hate him and think he is all powerful in TNA decisions, so he would directly take the fall.

I can surely fault many recent TNA decisions. Jeff Hardy and RVD seem aimless, feuding with different talent almost weekly. Why TNA doesn’t have a title shot angle already brewing with RVD and Hardy for the X-Division Tile and the World Title I do not know. My past experience as a promoter tells me they are wasting a lot of capital using them as a tag. The could be two very hot programs going on now if they were being pushed against champions. Instead RVD has had a run in with Sting, they’ve tagged against Beer Money and Wolf Pac. 3 weeks could have been quite a build for something, I don’t really see anything building that I can’t wait to see payoff. When RVD came in and attacked Sting I was very excited, here were to greats from different eras with two totally different styles.

I will admit some of these things ring of Bret Hart in WCW, big star no storyline but is it E’s fault? Is this a symptom of Vince Russo’s erratic writing? Maybe TNA strategy is in a panic and just trying to many things to see what pops a rating? I don’t know the answers to any of these but I’m sure it isn’t all E’s fault.

They have the star power and the best young talent. I think they need to slow down and build some stories to go with the talent. Jeff Hardy and RVD should be a main focus as well. They are to many modern fans what a lot of the guys WCW brought in in the late 90′s were to us older fans. They could really draw if they use them correctly.
