On a phone interview last night with Right After Wrestling on Sirius XM, Homicide said that the mood in the locker room was quiet before iMPACT! started. He said that since the old school guys were running the show now, everyone understood that things would be different.
Then he talked about how some of his buddies from home were telling him that he “made it” since he was wrestling on television on a Monday night.
He said that Hulk Hogan wants to change the culture of wrestling back to the old school style. He also said that people think that MMA is taking over wrestling’s spot in the culture, but that wrestling can take back that spot. Homicide also said that everyone was definitely quiet, but that everyone thought that the new management was good and they were all optimistic.
